A spectacular setting awaits you for your dream Disney vacation, at this chic lakeside villa. Just 10 minutes from the parks, relax in the south-facing pool and soak up the sun and views. The professionally designed interiors have a tropical waterfront vibe, creating a gorgeous home where you can unwind. Enjoy the stylish living room and dining space with lake views, or kick back in the family room and watch your favorite Disney+ movies.

This home has been professionally designed to the highest standards. But it doesn`t just look gorgeous, we`ve also provided the practical items needed for a relaxing family vacation, including:
- The living room has a 65` 4K TV with high-quality Dolby Atmos surround system to watch your favorite movies.
- Bedrooms 1 has an en-suite bathroom and bedrooms 1 and 2 have TVs with complementary Disney+.
- Bedroom 4 has an additional fold-away bed stored in a closet (not a floor mattress), providing a total of 4 twin beds.
- For younger guests there`s a crib, pack`n play, highchair, and stool and potty-training seat in the family bathroom.
- The pool can be heated on request for an additional fee of $25/day.
- And for those rainy days, continue the fun in the games room in the converted garage.

You will have full access to the house and pool. The driveway is large enough to park two cars.

During your stay we’ll probably be traveling just like you, so won`t be there to meet in person. However, we have an incredible property manager who`ll be happy to answer any questions during your vacation.

The home is located right on a lake, in a safe, quiet residential community. Conveniently close to stores, and only 10 minutes to Disney without traffic.

We have not only been inspired by Florida’s tropical landscapes in the design of this home but we care about its environment too.
- White bed linen and towels are OEKO-TEX certified to be free of harmful chemicals.
- Shower heads and faucets are low-flow water usage.
- Lights are LED.
- AC and heating are controlled by an Ecobee digital thermostat.
- The shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap provided are plant-based, cruelty-free, and paraben and sulfate-free.
- Laundry detergent is plant-based and hypoallergenic.
