Perfectly located just a 10-minute walk from downtown Flagstaff, this spacious home sits at the base of Observatory Mesa in a quiet, dead-end neighborhood. Enjoy quick access to parks, playgrounds, trails, and events, while still having a peaceful retreat. The massive garage and roomy interior provide ample space for the whole family. Relax on the deck through the large sliding doors, taking in stunning views of the peaks and downtown below!

NOTE: My family and I live next door in unit A of the duplex.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave bedding on the beds. Place Towels in front of washer. Take out the trash and recycling and take the bins to the street for collection. Trash is the brown bin and recycling is the green one.
Turn off lights, fans, AC units and anything else. Turn off garage lights before leaving. Lock the front yellow door. Close the garage door behind you. Lock all windows and sliding glass doors.
Ensure the gas stove top is turned off. Remove anything from the fridge. Load and start the dishwasher. Additional fees will be imposed if there are damages or extra cleaning needed. THANKS!!!
