HOT TUB No food/drink/glass in or around the hot tub. Leave the floater in the water at all times. Turn off jets after use leave in spa jets open.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS Parties or events' are prohibited to respect our neighbors and property. Our max occupancy is 12, including children.
SMOKING Smoking is not allowed inside the home. A $500 fine will be charged for a professional treatment to remove the odor.

The home was perfect for us. The home is in a quiet neighborhood but only two miles from grocery stores and many restaurants. The backyard has a hot tub, Large table for eating meals and a wonderful fire pit with lots of chairs. The weather was perfect for us so we spent a lot of time outside relaxing. Fenced yard so our young grandkids could run around playing in the back yard. Inside the house was really nice. The kitchen had everything we needed for nice dinners and plastic wear for the young one's. All the rooms had King size beds. The lower level game room and bedrooms were perfect for one of our daughters entire family and we had the up stairs. It was a very clean and updated home. If we visit we area again this is the house for us. Wonderful home. Lots of extra's.

I am a return guest - stayed here last July, and even happier this time around. Wonderful stay & amazing host! Julie is very responsive & super kind. House is spacious & beautifully decorated. 4 bedrooms - all w/ incredibly comfortable king beds. 3 full bathrooms looked newly remodeled - felt like a spa! All new cookware AND a new hot tub! This place just keeps getting better.They also have outdoor table, BBQ, & little fire pit w/chairs around it. Plenty of parking plus use of the garage. Neighborhood is quiet & neighbors were super friendly. We walked to a little coffee shop - Ziggi's - & had Happy Hour at Homegrown Dough and Tap in Olde Town Arvada (recommendations from the host). There's a grocery store nearby. Everything you could need is within a 5 mile radius! A few things that were unique at this Air B&B: - game room in basement (kids LOVED it) - outdoor games & hot tub- pack & play - dogs are welcome (they have a great back yard) - and when you arrive, they have a little welcome gift!! That was a first for me. All these little touches made our stay amazing. Can't wait to return again to the Urban Mountain Getaway!!

Perfect mix of city/mountain amenities. Just 10 min to Olde Town, 20 min to Denver & Golden, 25 min to Boulder & Red Rocks, 40 minutes to DIA. Easy access to restaurants, sports venues, live concerts & ski resorts. A perfect base for your next Colorado adventure.

What makes this property unique

This place is just the right size for connecting as a group while still having space to decompress on your own.

With four bedrooms featuring king beds (two upstairs, two down), plus a basement air mattress and a Pack ‘n Play for the little ones, there’s plenty of room for everyone to get a great night's sleep.

You won't be fighting over the bathroom, either. We have three full baths: a primary ensuite with a walk-in shower, a guest bath with a tub/shower combo, and a third bathroom downstairs with another walk-in shower.

The kitchen and breakfast nook come fully loaded with all the gear and gadgets you’ll need. We’ve also set up a coffee bar with tea, cream, and sugar to help you start your mornings right.

Need space to hang out? Take your pick! The upstairs living room is perfect for chilling by the electric fireplace, while the downstairs is a total "fun zone" with a pool table, foosball, poker, and a big smart TV for movies.

Our sunroom is the ultimate multi-purpose spot—use it to serve dinner for eight, curl up with a book, or drop your hiking and ski gear. You’ll also find yoga mats, beach towels, and cornhole tucked away here.

The fenced-in backyard is a vacation dream. Fire up the grill, eat at the patio table, or lounge in the hammock. At night, gather eight people around the fire pit or soak in the brand-new 6-person hot tub.

Parking is a breeze with a two-car garage and a driveway big enough for at least four cars. You can also park on the street right in front of the house.
