Great stay in a safe more residential area. The gated duplex and the fact the owner was on site and available was wonderful. Very helpful and not intrusive. If you appreciate showering while viewing palm trees and coconuts this is the place. The pool was smaller, but perfectly sized for two kids and a couple adults. Everything including the beds and appliances were brand new. Having a washer/dryer on the back patio came in handy as well. Very close to clear kayaking adventure which was great as we had the first morning time slot. We also ventured to a couple of “hidden” resort restaurants 3 mins away that were fabulous and not on Grace Bay. There were only a couple very minor details I would suggest and didn’t even bother telling the host about. He was very sweet! I would suggest perhaps a few more towels (we brought our own beach towels) and maybe a front door rug for post swim/rain as the whole place (minus the wooden stairs) is tile and can be slick. There was a tiny bit of lag at first in communication and not having any reviews made me a tad nervous, but even before we landed our host was already checking in to be sure we were good. Downstairs tv we couldn’t get to work, but we stayed out adventuring all day and both bedrooms had working tvs so it wasn’t an issue and I’m sure could have been an easy fix. Fresh coconuts, wine, island time…. would recommend for this looking to drive the island and explore. Thanks so much for having our family!
