Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please gather and leave used towels on the bathroom floors.
Please load and start the dishwasher with used dishes (cleaning tabs are under the kitchen sink).
Please ensure the upstairs door to the roof and front door is locked, and the garage door is closed before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Only guests and up to two house-trained dogs with pet fee in reservation are allowed on the property. Guests are responsible for any potential damage.
No gatherings beyond those in reservation. Guests will be charged $500 for smoking or vaping inside and a $200 fee for each unregistered guest or pet.
Respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM to be considerate of neighbors. Any continued disruptions caused by guests will result in a $300 fee.
