Unwind in our fully renovated stand-alone villa conveniently located 5 minutes from downtown Georgetown and minutes from grocery stores. Nestled around palm trees at the Hideaways Resort, you are just steps away from turquoise blue water! No detail has been overlooked. Pottery Barn linens, Pottery Barn sleeper sectional, built in ice maker, dishwasher, gas stove, hexclad cookware, starlink internet, water cooler and gas grill on your own private veranda. Full size washer and dryer in unit. Villa has full use of the Hideaways resort amenities including pool, kayaks, paddleboards, beach chairs, exercise room, shuttle to/around town, game room and concierge services. Folding beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and cooler for your use. Come home from the gorgeous beaches of Exuma and hose off in our private outdoor shower before relaxing on the private porch to unwind and relax for the evening with nice views of the harbor. Villa provides your own private parking area away from the hustle of the resorts public parking lots. Restaurant on site with several others within walking distance.

This was our second time staying at one of Tricia’s properties and of course it lived up to all of our expectations. She puts so much thought into decorating and making sure each place has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing Exuma vacation. Both bedrooms have beautiful king beds and they literally feel like you are being wrapped up by a cloud! We had the best time and the best host :)

This condo is so gorgeous. The finishings are stunning. It is well stocked and has everything you need. The location is perfect for exploring both sides of the island. The host was so accommodating and kind. She answered so many questions for me and was quick to reply. The only bad thing is we have to leave this paradise. Stay here! You will love it!
