Sand Nickels is a two story luxury beach villa built in 2017. The villas offers two bedroom, two 1/2 bath home located on tranquil Hoopers Bay on the island of Great Exuma in the Bahamas. Hoopers Bay is a sought after location and one of the best beaches and bays in Great Exuma. Private, yet close to the airport, shopping, and dining. This is an ideal retreat for couples or a small family. Hoopers Bay is a calm, protected bay with your own semi-private beach. Rarely will you see more than a few people on your beach your entire stay, even in high season. Traffic is low, relaxation high. Step out on the large deck and walk a few feet to the soft, powdery sand and magnificent calm, blue waters.

From the moment you walk into Sand Nickels you will be mesmerized by the views of the Exuma blue water (nicknamed Windex). From virtually every window you will see the sea. The main living area is open concept. Relax in comfort on your Arhaus couch and watch Netflix, (if you can tear yourself from the view) or listen to music on the Sonos speakers. The kitchen is equipped with anything a chef would need. Sand Nickels is complete with two Weber grills for your cooking pleasure; one on the upper balcony and a larger grill on the lower deck. There is a breakfast bar and dining seating for four, if you choose to eat inside. Enjoy coffee or cocktails on the upper level balcony while enjoying the sea breeze.

The lower level houses the bedrooms, bathrooms, and mud room. Relax in comfort in your king bed and ensuite bathroom. The primary bedroom is equipped with a television, safe and custom made furniture with plenty of storage. The primary bedroom ensuite is complete with double vanity sinks, local custom made cabinets, and an oversized shower with bench seating and plenty of privacy. The guest room is equipped with a queen bed, television, safe and custom furniture also with ample storage. The guest bath is directly across from the guest room with local custom made cabinets and an oversized shower also with bench seating. Both rooms walk out directly onto the lower level patio furnished with Polywood furniture. Connected to the patio is a large private Trexx deck. Grill out, relax, and chill you will have plenty of space to enjoy the sun, shade, and stars.

The mud room contains an extra refrigerator and freezer for your convenience. It's easy to walk from the beach and grab a cold beverage without trekking upstairs. Keep drinks cold and and some extra ice for those frozen libations. The mud room also is furnished with a utility sink to wash your swimsuits and a full size washer and dryer.

Sand Nickels also provides water sports for your enjoyment. Spend the day kayaking Hoopers Bay with the four included kayaks or try paddle boarding. Sand Nickels provides both. You also have use of a cooler, snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for your enjoyment. Sand Nickels is also equipped with a 64KW generator in the event of any power outages. Sand Nickels offers fast and reliable Wifi through StarLink.

The bedroom boasts spectacular views of Hoopers Bay as well as a walk out patio.
