Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put trash and recycling in the bins located on the side of the house.
Load dishwasher and start. Be sure all food is removed from the refrigerator.
Strip used sheets off bed. Put all used towels in washing machine and start with detergent.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping noise to a respectful level day and night. Fireworks are prohibited.
Pinellas County has a maximum occupants ordinance. Certificate of use number is: STR26-00072
After initial booking, guests must complete digital rental agreement and verification of identity. All occupying guest names/ages are required.
