Located in Knoxville within 2-3 miles from all the fun just over the county line 3 miles from the heart of downtown. 2Bedroom 1Bath with office and big wood stove lounge room. Sleeps 4 comfortably but cot available upon request( 6 max). plenty of private parking to meet friends. Separate office for remote workers that’s private with high speed 5g internet. Roku channels available with regular network channels (via home antennae ) and DVD player with movies as well. Older home great for a quiet moment away from a busy day.. new washer dryer in home provided, wood stove , central H/A! Quick Uber to the new Covenant Park. No neighbors except friendly Pygmy goats.great location for those visiting the Smokey Mountains … easy drive down Chapman hwy into Sevierville or the back way through Maryville towards Cades Cove. New beds, new linens and brand new pillows and towels. It’s not MaraLago but it’s cozy and peaceful. Fenced in back patio. Pets under 50 lbs welcome.
