In a quiet yet well-connected area outside Conil de la Frontera, the beautiful Apartment Magnolia B is part of a residence consisting of 2 holiday apartments and boasts a beautiful pool area. The light-filled flat consists of an open-plan living room with a sofa bed and an integrated, well-equipped kitchen, one double bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, cable television and a baby cot. The garden is shared with another apartment. However, there is one barbecue per unit, allowing guests to use their own barbecue. On your private, covered patio, furnished with a dining area, you are invited to round off the evening with a glass of wine. There is furthermore a large pool (outfitted with a fence for child safety) and an outdoor shower, which are shared with the guests of the neighboring apartment. Here you can refresh yourself on warm afternoons or a read a good book in a sun lounger on the wide lawn. A supermarket is only 100 m away and a beautiful forest is just around the corner, where you can take a stroll in the evenings and smell the fresh scent of pine. A wonderful selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are in the historic centre of Conil de la Frontera, which is about 6 km or an 8-minute drive from the property. Furthermore, the popular, sandy beach, Playa Fuente del Gallo, is only 6 km or an 8-minute drive away. Here you can stretch out on the sand and feel the warm Spanish sun on your skin.
