Due to the new local regulation of Conil de la Frontera, it is forbidden to disturb the rest and peace of neighbors and pedestrians. Thus, loud noises are not allowed from 11 pm to 7 am.



For the same reason, the property is intended for families and quiet groups. Please note that parties and loud gatherings are strictly forbidden. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the non-refund of the deposit and the cancellation of the reservation.



Just outside the centre of Conil de la Frontera in Barrio Nuevo, the holiday home Casa Villanueva 5 is part of a residential complex with 4 further homes and boasts a terrific pool and outdoor area. The charming holiday home consists of a spacious living room with a rustic fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room (hot/cold - no heating!), a television and 4 hammocks for relaxing under the afternoon sun. Upon request, the homeowner can also provide you with a baby cot and a parasol for the beach. The chalet features a private pool and outdoor shower where you can refresh yourself on warm afternoons. In your private outdoor area, enjoy delicious, freshly barbecued meals on your shady, covered patio, play with the family in the generous garden with a beautiful fountain or read a good book in a comfortable hammock. The nearest supermarket is 500 m away and the charming centre of Conil de la Frontera awaits you a 10-minute drive or 7 km from the property. You can also quickly reach the seaside with a fantastic selection of sandy beaches - among them are Playa Fuente del Gallo (8 km, 12-minute drive) Calas del Quinto y Camacho (9 km, 14-minute drive) and Cala de Roche (7 km, 13-minute drive).
