We loved this property. Great view of the Black Hills and we enjoyed the proximity to the neighboring farm. Comfortable master bedroom and bath, our guests were very comfortable -2 bedroom bath. Kitchen, dining area and living area are great for family gatherings, meals and playing games. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We loved staying here! It was close to all sorts of attractions but out of the hustle ans bustle to have some peace and quiet! We even got to see some hot air balloons early Saturday morning! Beautiful views! Thank You!

What a wonderful, peaceful place to stay while visiting the Black Hills. It's close by to so many things, including Custer State Park which was our favorite. Very clean, lots of space, and any amenities that we needed were already there.Host was very quick to communicate and help with any questions we had. Bonus is the beautiful view and the quiet area.

The property is better than listed. Clean as a pin and new. Everything worked and included many extra features (games, high chair, outdoor patio & grille) which did not need. The view is wonderful overlooking a wide valley. The house is away from others, but not isolated. Consider this property a destination in itself. The location is very convenient for access around the Black Hills. Host was very easy to reach and gracious, but frankly, since everything was well situated and working, there was no reason to reach out.

The property is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, with a small ranchette next door that adds to the peaceful, rural atmosphere. This serene setting provides a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle, allowing guests to fully relax and enjoy the natural beauty.

The property is a unique blend of peaceful retreat and easy access to the many attractions in the Black Hills. The large parking area is ideal for travelers with trailers and the two-car garage for parking motorcycles and vehicles protecting them from the elements while they are staying at the house. There is minimal gravel (the driveway off the Sidney Park Rd to the house) which makes it ideal for motorcycles.
