The location is very peaceful. The grounds are very nice and a good place to set outside to enjoy the birds. The home is spacious, clean and well equipped. The house is close to walking trails.

Full selection of cooking utensils, bath towels, etc. quite comfortable front porch area to watch the birds wander in. Very short walk to the main drag. Spent a few days hiking the Arizona Trail with this as our headquarters. The shower and very comfortable beds afterwards rejuvenated us quite well.

The host was excellent at communicating with us. This house is excellent! It was clean, well stocked, roomy and in a great location. It is within walking distance to Paton Center for Hummingbirds! We enjoyed our stay very much and plan to return.
