Guests were very respectful of the house, property, and communicated well. They are more than welcome to return in the future.
The kitchen was well equipped, and the dining room was large enough for all 9 of us. One note the range was a gas range if that matters to you at all. They had lots of baby equipment which was a huge help for us! They had games in the basement and books too. We loved the small screened porch off the deck! We spent most of our time outside and the cove is quiet which was terrific for us with small kids, we didn’t have any boat traffic back there. We were able to put our ski boat in their slip which was great. It’s on an easily accessible part of the lake. We really enjoyed our week there. The host Pete was super helpful and very responsive. We def recommend.

Thanks for the move review and so glad you enjoyed your week at the lake.
Pete really has a beautiful home on the lake! The place had an amazing view of the lake and the house has everything you need. The towels for bathing smelled terrific and were really high-quality towels. We loved sitting out on the screened porch watching the birds with a really nice birdfeeder that Pete installed. There is a designated area for the dogs to use the restroom, which was great for us. The kitchen was stocked with anything you needed to cook. It even had a crockpot which is rare to see in a rental home. The large dining room table sat our whole family for dinners. Only thing that I would like to see fixed to the house is a small cut on the screened in porch by the door that you come in and out of. The mosquitoes eat you alive over on the lake so it’s nice not to have any holes in the screened in porch. Thanks Pete for giving my family a relaxing, fun vacation.

Thanks for the nice review and so glad your family enjoyed the house and lake. We love the lake views and birdwatching as well. We’ve tried to make the house comfortable and well-stocked. Thanks for the info about the holes in the screen. Will be taking care of that shortly. You and your family are welcome back anytime.
Our family had a fabulous time on Lake Gaston. The house was very clean and was well stocked with items that made our stay very enjoyable. The host checked in on us and responded quickly to our questions.

Guests were very respectful of the house/property and left the house clean. I would love to have them back in the future.
What a great house for a family vacation. The lake views from every level of the house are amazing. The layout of the house allowed all my children and grandkids enjoy the stay very comfortably. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need including slow cooker which came very handy when cooking for the big family. The boathouse was full of water toys so kids could enjoy staying at the dock for hours and no one was bored. The house is very nicely furnished. The location is great and close to shopping, ice cream and mini golf. Peter was great communicating with us. We definitely will return. We had such a beautiful family time. Thank you!!!
