The apartment is tastefully furnished, in a sunny position, ideal to spend pleasant days in the Mediterranean climate. This holiday home in Chianti is located near the medieval village of Montaione (2 km), right within the heart of the Tuscan triangle created by Florence, Pisa and Siena.

The property consists of 5 apartments of different size and typology; 3 are in the main building whereas the other 2 are in independent houses.
The accommodations are immersed in the surrounding nature of the 5 hectares of estate with its olive groves, pine trees and a beautiful botanical garden full of plants and flowers, ideal for walking and for those wanting to remain in contact with nature, its scents and colours.
At guest’s disposal there are also a swimming pool (10x5 m, open May-Oct, up to 2.30 m deep, the ground is fenced for children safety), a children playground, table tennis, Wi-Fi, a Washing machine, and it is also possible to taste the delicious olive oil of the farmhouse.

Situated on the hills, the apartments enjoy a breathtaking view over the valleys, Val d’Elsa and Val d’Era, with their beautiful countryside slowly receding down towards the sea line. From the top of the hill guests can admire romantic sunsets.

Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung, tolle Terrasse mit Blick auf die Olivenhaine. Die Aussenanlagen auf dem Gut werden ständig vom Besitzer und seiner Familie gepflegt. Swimmingpool war super, bei 39° C tagsüber äußerst angenehm. Regine L.

Schöne Wohnung, kleine technische Mängel

Die Anlage insgesamt mit Pool und Olivenhain ist schön und sauber. Die Bilder entsprechend weitgehend den Tatsachen, die Ausstattung der Wohnung selbst war zweckmäßig mit kleinen Mängeln. Schön und beim Preis auch angemessen wären beispielsweise mehr Besteck, Matten für Liegen und Balkonstühle und weitere Kleinigkeiten, insbesondere an Kochutensilien. Das ist aber alles verkraftbar. Ärgerlich ist, dass das Internet nur sehr schwach und meistens nicht funktioniert und auch die Sicherungen springen, wenn Backofen und Kaffeemaschine laufen. Das geht sicherlich für den Preis besser. Der Verwalter vor Ort ist sehr nett, höflich, spricht aber nur italienisch. Was leider komplett fehlte waren irgendwelche Unterlagen zur Wohnung, Adressen, Notfallnummern oder Tipps für Ausflüge. Das kenne ich anders. Aber wer sich an diesen Kleinigkeiten nicht stört, kann einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub verbringen.
