Main Level: an open-concept living room with a cozy sofa bed, stylish accent seating, and a Smart TV; a dining area with a table and 4 chairs flowing into a fully equipped kitchen; a convenient half bath and in-unit laundry; a private patio with access to the peaceful community garden space. Upstairs: Primary Bedroom with a king bed, plush linens, Smart TV, large dresser and closet space, and a private balcony with rattan chairs. Second Bedroom with two twin beds (can combine into a king), Smart TV, spacious closet, and work desk. A full upgraded bathroom upstairs includes premium essentials and fresh towels. Other things to note: Check-in is at 3PM, check-out at 10AM (early check-in/late check-out available on request for a fee; unauthorized late check-outs incur a $75 fee). High-speed WiFi throughout. Quiet hours are 11PM-7AM; parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. No smoking anywhere on the property. No pets allowed unless approved in advance; a non-refundable $50 per pet fee applies if approved. Free parking for up to 2 vehicles. Entry is via digital E-lock with a unique code provided before check-in (minimum age to rent: 21). A Ring doorbell and exterior cameras monitor the property for security only; no interior cameras. Stays of 45+ nights are subject to a mid-stay reset including maintenance, linen reset, and a compliance check.
