Mimosa Spacious and cozy apartment with porch and pool near the sea

"Il Diavolino" is located in the municipality of Castiglione della Pescaia, in the province of Grosseto, in the Maremma region of Tuscany, and is a former farmhouse. It sits directly below the Etruscan village of Vetulonia, overlooking the evergreen hills of the Maremma. The house is surrounded by approximately 30,000 square meters of private land, fully fenced so that children and dogs can run around unsupervised. Access to the property is through an automatic gate, for which you will, of course, receive a remote control. You can park your vehicle on the property in a shaded parking area. In and around the heated pool, you can relax and enjoy refreshing drinks on hot days. Sun loungers, lawns, and shaded areas offer plenty of space for sunbathing and unwinding. The property features spacious lawns, a small soccer field for all ages, quiet areas where you can retreat to read and relax, and a designated area specifically designed for bonfires, where you can enjoy romantic evenings and barbecues. Of course, there are also several barbecues available that you can use anytime and anywhere you like.

The large house has a total of five living units, which can be rented separately or partially combined: the two ground-floor apartments (Corbezzolo and Glicine) and the two upper-floor apartments (Girasole and Ginestra) can be rented as a single unit, as they can be connected via an interior door. This allows friends or families with children to stay together while maintaining their privacy, if they wish. The third unit on the first floor (Mimosa) is completely independent.

- Mineral water is available directly from us in glass bottles. Just take a bottle—still or sparkling—from the box in the pantry and keep track of how many you take. We’ll settle the bill at the end of your stay.
This will save you the hassle of lugging heavy bottles, and the environment will benefit from the returnable glass bottles.

MIMOSA: A 55 m² unit suitable for up to 4 people, with a private entrance from the garden and a large covered terrace. The apartment is laid out as follows: a spacious living room with an open kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable seating area with a double sofa bed; a bedroom; and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet.
Amenities: gas-fired central heating, air conditioning; satellite TV; Wi-Fi internet access; fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator with separate freezer, espresso machine, and coffee maker; free use of the washing machine.
