Perfect for families and friend gatherings! This updated home features 3 bedrooms - 2 king and 1 double - plus a large bonus room with 4 twin beds. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The other two full bathrooms are located close to the bedrooms. There is a laundry room, should one need to wash and dry. The kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials, i.e., pots, pans, serving dishes and utensils. Plan to cook for the group? There is a crockpot and an electric griddle.

Plenty of seating for everyone. The breakfast room and the outdoor deck dining offer seating for 6; formal dining accommodates 8.

The large open floor plan includes a cozy sunroom with lake views and a den with generous seating and a 55-inch TV. There is a desk and an office chair if work is inevitable. The home has WiFi and Smart TV.

Spend some time outdoors. Relax on the expansive deck leading down to a grassy, lakefront lawn where a fire pit and Adirondack chairs sit lakeside. Catch an amazing sunset! The deck, dining room, and sunroom all offer amazing sunset views across the main lake. The deck has four lounge chairs, a gas grill, and covered seating. Want to do something more than lounge? Try fishing off the covered dock or swimming right off the lawn. There are two kayaks available for use. There is uncovered side boat dock mooring available to guests.

Electric your mode of transportation? EV charging is available for a small fee. And, the home has plenty of parking, including a covered portico for two vehicles.

Girls weekend

Do not hesitate to rent this property !! In 10 mins you are downtown Hot Sorings enjoying all the things it has to offer!!! Uber and door dash will also make a timely delivery !!! The lake is just gorgeous and the dock and kayaks and HUGE deck with all the amazing furniture to relax on is just top notch!!! Will definitely rent this spot again without any hesitation!!!

We loved everything.

Our stay on Sunset Bay was awesome. The house is lovely and so suited our needs. Our request for a barbecue gas tank was answered in short order. Everything worked and the extras (spices, paper towels, soaps, paddle boat etc) were appreciated. We would do it again if we get the opportunity. Thank you.

Beautiful lake home and amazing view

We used this property for a family vacation with 7 adults and 4 children, and it was spacious, comfortable, and had most everything we needed. The TV in the children's room was missing, but the host graciously provided a refund after we expressed our disappointment. Other than that minor issue, we were so pleased with the beautiful views and convenience to local tourist attractions. The deck and back yard were worth the booking alone! We only wish we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend this property.

Great Lake House!

We had a wonderful stay in this lake house! The house is just as pictured and gave us the perfect amount of room for our 2 families (4 adults, 5 teenagers). Highlights of the house include the back deck with plenty of seating options, the kayaks and paddleboat for use in the lake, and the spacious 4 twin bed room, which the teenagers loved! The home is in a great location and we had easy access to all the local sights. We visited Garvan Woodland Gardens, (the spring tulips are amazing!) Lake Catherine State Park and Hot Springs National Park while here. But if you stay here, be sure to also plan plenty of time to just enjoy the house- it has all the entertainment you need!

We came to HS to meet up with family who were staying in VRBO houses at the lake as well. We really loved this house and regret not being at the house enough. So we made a note to return for a relaxing weekend on the lake. We rented a boat and had a big time!

Excellent lame experience

I grew up on Lake Hamilton and was looking to try and recreate the experience for my adult kids. This spot hit the nail perfectly. Wonderful yard and view that had my lake resident friends envious.

Can’t recommend enough!!!!

Every year we go to Hot Springs as family (7 of us this year)! This was our favorite place we’ve ever stayed!!! It was the cleanest home we’ve ever stayed in. We cook all of our meals while we are there and found the kitchen to be stocked very well! The space is very open and everyone has there own space! Back deck is perfect for mornings drinking coffee or evenings watching the sunset!!!

Family time

We took an extended family trip with kids and grandkids. There was fun for us all. Fishing off the dock, kayaking and s’mores at the fire pit! Loved the house!

Beautiful Home

We came to celebrate our friend's 60th birthday by going to the horse races and do some gambling at the casino. This house was perfect for us. - 8 ladies. Very close to where we wanted to go. The 3 bathrooms helped with getting ready in the mornings, it was nicely stocked, and the beds were VERY comfortable! We will definitely rent this home again.

Very clean and nice property

This property is lovely and clean. It is well appointed. The neighborhood is quiet and well established. The property management company communicates well. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. If I had any complaints they are minor. I do wish the advertisement had mentioned that the lake levels are purposely lowered on Nov 1 for the duration of 4 months (info according to the neighbor) so that homeowners can make repairs to boat docks and sea walls. The water was there but it was much further away than we anticipated. Secondly, the listing clearly says the indoor fireplace does not work. There was nothing hidden from us. However, for the price of the rental they should make the necessary repairs to the fireplace and make it functional. When the weather is unseasonably cold the outdoor fire pit is not appealing and it would be nice to gather around an indoor fireplace.

My husband and I and our son and his family enjoyed our stay at lovely 403 Sunset Bay.

The rental process was easy and the manager quickly granted our request for later check out when making our arrangements, which proved to be a great help to us. The lake side covered porch was a favorite spot for relaxing!

60th and bless

After my wonderful birthday party I wanted to spend time away with my sisters and catch up. The home is beautiful! The view was great especially the sunset. I didn’t realize just how much after living near water for 30 years on Florida Bay. This home has everything a family are friends getaway they will need. The bed where very comfortable even the twin beds at least I was told. There is two kayaks on site but it was a little too cold to utilize them. There is a few stock goodie left over in the cabinet if you forgot a few items. I plan on coming back to this unit in the future with my husband and bring back ours party barge and my kayaks to hangout. My favorite moment is wrap in a throw blanket setting on the deck watching the sunset. Before I end this, I want to thank the property manager for accommodate my request. You didn’t know but I really needed this getaway and this is why I will be returning. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home.

Perfect house on the lake

This house was perfect for our family. The kids loved the bunk room and the large yard to play in. We also enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boat. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The rest of the house was comfortable, clean, and light and bright. Thank you for sharing your home!

Beautiful lake house

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful lake house. The pictures are exact and the house is located at waterfront with large deck and amazing sunset views. Had all amenities that you could need. Beds are comfortable. Enough linens and extra towels are available. Kitchen has all utensils and small appliances you could need. Only feedback I have is that some table/surfaces in the house had dust. Not a big issue, I just wiped the surfaces and it was fine but this is something that could be improved. Overall a relaxing experience. We would definitely come back again and again.

Great stay and so much fun!

Highly recommend this place... had 8 adults stay for 3 nights. Everyone in the group commented on the comfort and space of the home. Sleeping arrangements make this perfect for a group of adults or families. The outdoor patio area was perfect for this many people and had ample space for more. Plenty of outdoor space for lawn games and the location provides easy access to the lake. The home is conveniently located if you are looking to rent a boat, as there are several marinas within a relatively short distance of the home. We can’t wait to plan another trip!

Why they chose this property

It was the beautiful view of the lake from the kitchen counter that sold me on this home. As a family we knew the open floor plan would enable friends and family to comfortably gather. The wonderful large bonus room has four twin beds which allows for plenty of room for friends and cousins. The deck is spacious - we can relax and watch a gorgeous sunset.
