Great location on the sand and nice clean home. Property manager is very responsive and worked hard to correct a minor issue with the TV remote. Small parking spot like all beach areas. The place is old but remodeled and pretty nice, the shower is one of those that you cant direct the shower head which is a personal preference. There is a door connecting to unit attached which was a little weird when a child next door kept trying to open it LOL. All in all great location and not a bad price for San Diego beachfront
