The fully equipped chef’s kitchen is a standout, featuring Wolf, Sub-Zero, and Cove appliances, a Cuisinart coffee maker for hot or iced coffee, and a Ninja Mega Kitchen System for smoothies, food prep, or frozen cocktails. Adjacent to the kitchen, a BBQ and bar area connects directly to the pool deck, while both indoor and outdoor dining spaces comfortably seat up to 10 guests.

The living area is designed for shared moments, with a 70” Smart TV perfect for movie nights, game days, or winding down after the beach.

Pure Water Villa Vacation

The house was perfect for our family spring break, which included 5 adults and 2 children. Our grandchildren, ages 7 and 4, loved the pool. Perfect location and close to several beaches. We provided Leslie with a food order, which was delivered and refrigerated upon our arrival. I highly recommend Pure Water Villa!

The perfect house

We were a family of 10. Age range 10-76 and the house was in perfect working order I have rented a lot of houses on VRBO and this is the first one that had no problems. We only called the management if we needed suggestions. Before the trip Leslie was very easy to work with and helpful. This is a perfect example of you get what you paid for. Would definitely rent it again

FANTASTIC RENTAL HOME!

We loved staying at Blue Water Villa! At first, we thought the home would not accommodate our family of 10 (ages 4 to 74), but it was extremely comfortable. It appeared to be set up to cater to just adults. But it was lovely for our family vacation. There were board games to keep our kids off electronics and they provided beach chairs, umbrellas, floats etc. Leslie, the host agent, was absolutely fantastic and answered our questions from day one in a very timely manor. We had a few groceries provisioned and that was a life-savor. The appliances are first class all the way.... Wolf gas oven with 8 burners, Sub Zero Frig, etc, etc. This is NOT a cheap villa! Even the plastic chairs outside were top quality - although the pictures did not do them justice. Leeward Estates is a beautiful, safe, family community and walking distance to a small beach that has a gorgeous view. The neighborhood is quiet but friendly. This house is very close to some of the best restaurants in Providenciales. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone - It would be superb for just adults and family gatherings alike. We hope to return in 2 years to the same villa.
