We booked this property prior to it having reviews because it was within our budget (which we really appreciate)…and we were SO happy with the unit and property. I appreciated the cleanliness, quietness, and amenities! It looks just like the pictures. Visiting in August, it was very quiet on property and we were always able to get an umbrella and chairs on the beach. The beach isn’t very wide, especially at high tide, but the snorkeling is fantastic! The unit had everything we needed and was very spacious. I really appreciated the housekeeping every day. My husband appreciated the split AC (one in bedroom so it was cooler), having pool, beach, and parking really close, having a full fridge/freezer, and 2 toilets in the unit. This unit is in the middle and top floor of the building, so up 3 flights of stairs. The view is lovely too and the pool was refreshing. I anticipated having a safe in the unit, but there wasn’t one when we stayed, in case it matters to you. Everyone was friendly and employees at check in and check out were helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

At the right price point this is a great place for a Grace bay trip! The apartment is modern, clean, great view from balcony, comfortable. Much better than hotel room. Property location is also tops! Great beach location with excellent snorkeling reef right off the beach. Somewhere Cafe right there for (all things being relative) reasonably price eating. Indigo resturant nearby for fine dining. The two drawbacks I did not find to be drawbacks third story stairs. I had no problem and we are approaching 70 and next door construction did not bother us one bit. Would definitely stay again! Great staff thanks Vern and Leanne.
