You're a sidewalk walk to Rick Seltzer Park's beach access, 5 minutes from St. Andrews State Park, and centrally located on North Lagoon — close to marinas, waterfront dining, and local favorites like Dat Cajun Place and Pineapple Willy's. Your safety is our priority. The home is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. For security, exterior cameras are located at the front door.

Local Wildlife:
Please note that our property is located in a coastal environment. While we have regular pest control, you may encounter small animals or insects native to the area.

Pool Heating:
The pool may be heated for a $75, per day, fee. Please let us know if you'd like to take advantage of this option.

Pool Safety:
The safety of our guests is a top priority. Please ensure children are supervised at all times, especially in the backyard and pool area. The pool is professionally serviced on Tuesday and Saturday mornings.

Landscaping:
The property is professionally landscaped every Monday morning. Please be aware that you may hear or see landscapers moving about the house to keep a fresh yard for your stay!

Trash Service:
Trash pickup is on Monday AND Thursday. The trash company will pull the cans out to the street and bring back to the house.
