Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
$40 Per dog Per night. Extra dogs billed after booking. Own sheets required if dog sleeps on bed. $200 fee for hair on our white bedding.
Always pick up after your dogs, keep them on a leash outdoors, and do not allow them on the furniture. Please respect our neighbors and nature.
This home runs on a county/private septic system. To prevent plumbing issues, please only flush human waste and toilet paper.

This property was immaculate and even more beautiful than the photos. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything needed to prepare meals for 8 adults for a week. The host was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

Most well stocked house ever. Everything went incredibly smoothly. The house, if you can believe it, is even better than the description and pictures show. It was hands down one of the best places I have ever stayed. Private, killer view, incredible comfort, and a a very accommodating host. Being able to bring our dog was just the icing on the cake!!!

The house and yard were perfect for our group. 6 adults, 2 active kids and 2 dogs all got what they needed at this spot! The outdoor space was beautiful and the house had every amenity you could think of! Communication was quick and easy. My only suggestion (if you’re like my family) is to grab extra wood for the fire pit, but if you need to get some, it’s less than 5 minutes from the house. We had a great weekend and would definitely come back.

Mornings bring soft sunrises over the lake, and evenings are perfect for quiet walks, fires by the water, and listening to nature. What I enjoy most about the area is the sense of calm and privacy you feel in Gilmanton — it’s the perfect balance of relaxation, outdoor adventure, and year-round beauty.

What truly sets our property apart is the privacy. We’re located at the end of a quiet dead-end road on Shalcamp Pond, on a side of the lake where there are very few neighboring homes nearby. It feels secluded and peaceful, giving you space to truly unwind.
