Why they chose this property
I chose Playa del Carmen because it is in the middle of all the amazing places that are offered to residents and visitors of all ages, starting with all the accessible public beaches and beach clubs, beautiful cenotes, pyramids, all the X Parks, shopping, dining or just relaxing in our condo complex, enjoying all the amenities. The condo is located only 2 blocks from the mall and grocery stores, pharmacy, hair salon, restaurants, gas station and 8 minutes driving to the 5th Avenue. We are 1 hour south of the Cancun airport. There, you can get transportation to the resort by private or shared vans, taxis or the luxury Pullman that will drop you off at the 5th Avenue, where you can enjoy a meal and then take a taxi to the condo.
What makes this property unique
We have equipped our property with everything you need for short or long term stays, making each room as comfortable as possible. The living room sofas are all reclinable and the big smart TV is a plus. The motorized shades and the polarized double glass sliding doors open from side to side, as well as the screen doors. You will enjoy board games, beach toys, travel crib, air conditioning and a fan in each room, a working space with a desk, chair, sofa-bed, fan and a water jug dispenser with 2 extra jugs.
