Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please put all used sheets into a pillow case and place upon bed that it was slept in. Please put used towels in the shower or tub.
Please put trash, recycling and returnables inside the bin near the black bench in front of the Barn House/by garage. Picture on the 'fridge.
Please turn AC to 70 degrees or heat to 60 degrees. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking/Vaping, any flames are not allowed within 100 feet of the Barn House. Thank you for honoring this historic property.

Charming space…thoughtfully curated and authentically Maine. Close to all of Wayne’s small town attractions. Very Family friendly. Fully equipped with everything (all you need in the kitchen, towels aplenty, games, water cooler, welcome basket with coffee and fresh made bread etc). Very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch and listening to the waterfall and walking down to stream flowing from it. We would definitely like to return again!

This is a fabulous spot in idyllic Wayne ME. It could literally be on a post card. Lots of space for our family to stretch out. There's a beautiful, small dam/waterfall behind the property. Perfect for swimming, fishing, etc. Our grandchildren range in age from 4 to 15 and everyone was able to find plenty to entertain themselves during our stay. Highly recommend!

Our family of five stayed for seven nights in the beautiful Barn House in Wayne.There are so many special well-thought-out touches all over in this home. From the moment we walked through the front door, we knew we were at our home away from home. We wanted for nothing, as the home was fully appointed with all our needs.Margot so thoughtfully placedsome fresh local bread and cookies in a basket for us to enjoy during our stay. She also offered information about local places to visit and quaint eateries.We give the quick responses and communication with Margot a 10/10. The home is so cozy and bright with sunshine streaming through the living room and kitchen each morning. Whether sitting outside on the deck or in the screened porch the peaceful sounds of the creek soothe every care away.Best of all is the new friend we've made with the host to beat all hosts. Thank you, Margot, for making our stay so memorable!We look forward to all future visits in Maine at the Barn House!Kathy
