We had a great time. I had 3 things I wanted to do and I was able to get 2 sledding was the one I didn’t get to do. But we saw wild animals right outback and was able to make cookies with my great grandson. It was an amazing time.
The home was beautiful! Location on Fall River made it a perfect place to relax after exploring RMNP. Very clean and spacious. Loved all the windows! We were even greeted one morning by this guy!
This house is very spacious, in a good location and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed sitting by the creek. One of the days we had 2 elk in the yard and on other day we had a turkey and her 4 babies. We also appreciated the easy check-in and checkout.
The property is in a very convenient location and was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable and the living area spacious. We would definitely stay here again. Loved it!
Stayed here for a family wedding just up the road. House is large and well equipped. We had deer greet us at check in. Creek behind the property was very tranquil and beautiful. Would stay here again. Close to downtown and RNP

Perfect getaway in Estes Park!
What a pretty house - comfortable and located in a quiet cul-de-sac with the river right in the backyard! It was also easy to get anywhere in Estes Park or into the mountains.
Honest and seamless reservation process; Beautiful street appeal in quiet, wooded setting; Impressive, nicely furnished, spacious interior; Large, well lit kitchen opens to large deck nestled in the pines and aspens, steps away from the mesmerizing Fall River; Close to downtown Estes Park and the entrance to RMNP; Perfect week-long accommodation; We filled the home with family, laughter and music; Highly recommended stay!
This is our second stay in this beautiful home. It’s very quiet and peaceful next to Fall River. It’s very close to downtown Estes Park close to shops and restaurants. Our stay was very comfortable, check in and out process was seamless. We highly recommend this home and will stay here again!
We loved our stay at this home. The furniture was large and comfortable, the space was big enough for our family to be together but not on top of each other, and the outdoor space was exactly what we were looking for! We were pleased with the selection of small appliances in the kitchen which we used for meal prep. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and we would stay again!
Location on the river and close to town was fantastic! Outdoor space was great! Kitchen was well equipped. Appreciated the washer and dryer. Would have preferred a king bed in the larger bedroom upstairs and a little larger bathroom upstairs, as we shared it with 6 people.
We had a great trip and would stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here with another couple while we were in CO for a family wedding and it was perfect in every way. The house is gorgeous and nestled into a beautiful wooded area. The river is right at the back of the house off of the spacious deck. The fireplace was wonderful and there was tons of room for us to either have privacy or come together for meals or games. The location is perfect as it's close to town as well as to fun hiking areas. We'd love to rent again!
What a wonder it was to drive into this wooded neighborhood. The sound and view of the river so close to the home, large back and front yard for our grandsons to play every game they could imagine and tall pines surrounding the property. Shopping and the Park were very close but the home area felt secluded although there were homes on either side. Elk walked casually through the property nearly every day. The house is very spacious and well appointed. This was our favorite property in the last 3 years of visiting Estes Park. Thank you !
Everything was great, I will warn people that if you happen to rent it in the middle of a terrible heat wave, bring a few extra fans, as there is no AC. Even with the heat, it was bearable and not a major problem. Everything else was great!

10 minutes from the entrance to the Rocky Mountain National Park, this incredible home was perfect for our family. Spacious, clean, lovely, and filled with all the features and amenities we needed to make our week memorable. Every morning started with a cup
of coffee on the deck looking at a swift moving 15 foot wide river right next to the house. What a time we had. Thank you!
Everything in the ad is right, although you will have to be in pretty good shape to walk to town. But easy drive to everything. Warning about the road construction this summer: expect to wait in traffic and be patient!
Such a lovely and peaceful stay at this home. Vacasa was very organized and communicated throughout the process. The home is super close to downtown Estes and Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. It is also steps to Fall River. We were graced with the presence of elk, deer and wild turkeys. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! We will definitely be back!
Geriatric spring break -- A good time had by all!!
Property was clean and location was lovely. Comment by our friends was that blankets could have been better quality. We were really impressed and appreciative of the fact that: while we were there about 12 inches of snow fell -- beautiful tho, and we were basically trapped on the property since whoever scraped the road, piled it in the end of the driveway so high that we couldn't get in or out. After calling the 800 #, the issue was quickly and very completely resolved. Kudos to y'all for taking care of it so quickly. It's a lovely, comfortable, and spacious property. And we all had a good time. Thanks for letting us use your property.
The view is great, area is quiet, Estes is neat. But cant say that much for the cabin.
Home wasn't cleaned. Debris in carpets, husband had to vacuum the entire cabin. Light bulbs blown out. Dishwasher didnt clean the dishes, appliances old and badly taken care of. Coffee maker was filthy. Foid and drink splatter on the walls in dining room and bedrooms. Mold in master shower, mold and skin particles encrusted in jet tub, upstairs shower tub filthy and stained with dirt or mold. Lamp shades broken or punctured with stains in every room. Oven was dirty. Ice/water dispenser apppeared to have mold growing in trivet and some black grime all over. Washer and dryer very old, very loud. Propane grill was filthy inside and out with rotted meat inside. Deckstairs are warped and unsecured, many family members fell and sustained injuries. Left us only 1 roll of toilet paper for 8 people for 4 days.... TV and internet didnt work the entire time we were there, no DVD or VCR to play movies on, so kids were super resltess in the evenings. Master bedroo. Window doesnt lock or fully close so it was freezing cold all night. Master bathroom window missing window crank. They dont allow you to use the fireplace so dont count on it. They removed the outdoor firepit. Cobwebs and dust everywhere, more than average for a cabin. Doubt this place was dusted in the last 10 yrs.
I would like some sort of reimbursement because we WAY overpaid.
