A complaint concerning the refrigerator which has a connection to the internet was opened. The lost connection to the internet caused the error code. It wasn't a problem with the refrigerator cooling. An information concerning reboot of the system was given to solve the problem. After a couple of days she came back with the information that she was not able fix the problem. Therefore, she got the information that a handyman will be sent to the home who will reboot and fix the problem, what he did within a few seconds. At any time there was a problem for the food and the error code has not limited the use of the refrigerator. No problem or inconvenience has ever existed. Not being able to drink a morning coffee is an unacceptable statement. We have two different coffee machines in our house. In addition to the one that has not been working, we have a second coffee machine including coffee capsules in our house. In addition, the defective machine was replaced on the same day. Better service is not possible and there was no inconvenience. With regard to hot water, we are very surprised by the statement. As known, hot water is produced and supplied by hot water boilers. Our house has two of them. One for the master bathroom, another for the second bathroom and kitchen. None of them provide hot water for just 5 minutes. After emptying the boiler, however, only cold water is available until the water is heated up again. We don't know what happened, but as well-known, there is a second bathroom in the house with identical shower heads and hot water for more than an extra hour. Concerning check-out her behaviour was very astonishing. We have security cameras in the front door and in front of our garage. We checked the cameras which showed the following. Our property manager came to our house, rang the doorbell several times, went to the electricity meter and noted the power consumption. Then he returned to the front door, rang the doorbell twice, and waited another three minutes. He has been there for seven minutes. Afterwards he left. Only a couple of seconds after his departure our guests left the house. They have been in the house but just did not open the door.
