Beach Retreat Condominiums-2746 Scenic Gulf Drive-located in the heart of Destin! Beach Retreat is a private, gated community ideal for family vacations. Established in 2003, Beach Retreat is only 4 stories with 44 units with convenient parking. Elevators and staircases are located on both ends of the complex for your convenience.

It is a great place for families to use alone or share with friends. It offers a vacation with all the comforts and amenities of home! It is only a short distance from Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons, the water park, restaurants and walking distance from the Pompano Joe's & Kenny D's! Beach Retreat is located on the 'beach road' which allows you to enjoy the beautiful ocean while you walk your pet or ride your bike.

Beach Retreat offers a club house for all gatherings. It is complete with TVs, game tables, and a kitchen. An exercise room is also available for guests. The pool is heated and 3000 sq. feet with a hot tub to the side. Restrooms are located in the pool area for your convenience. We offer 2 complimentary beach chairs and 1 umbrella.

Beach Retreat #204 is a non-smoking, pet friendly unit that has been completely remodeled and offers the highest quality of amenities. You will find all the extras that you would not normally find in a rental unit! The kitchen is equipped with with beautiful quartz counter tops and new stainless steel appliances. High definition LCD TV's occupy the living room and both bedrooms bedroom. There are Ipod docks located throughout the unit along with DVD players. The balcony is a great place to start the morning out! There is nothing more relaxing than enjoying the ocean view while you drink your morning coffee!

Sleeping arrangements: (sleeps 9)
The king master bedroom has a wall mounted, flat screen TV, and an attached private bathroom. The guest bedroom offers a king size bed with a wall mounted, flat screen TV with adjoining bathroom. There is bunks located in the hall. The bottom bunk is a full size and the top is a twin. Both bunks have their own mounted TVs. There is an additional queen sofa sleeper in the living room!

Rest comfortable in the pillow top mattresses and black out drapes!

The only problem you'll have is leaving!!

Loved this little gem! Gorgeous view!!! The sound of the waves and ocean breeze was soul soothing right from the balcony! We brought our dog and it was great! Excellent location and quick beach access! The condo is decorated so cutel! We will be back!! Highly recommend!

Very pleased with our decision to stay in this gulf front, pet friendly condo. Unobstructed view of gulf from patio and love the pet friendly accommodations. Kitchen was well stocked and pool / hot tub area was very clean and private. Host was very responsive to the few questions we had.

Another beautiful stay at unit 204 Beach Retreat. This unit and complex are the a few of most desirable condos in Miramar Beach. Location is great, unit is furnished to pamper and view is spectacular, nothing in way of beach view.

This place is ideal for families. We sat on the balcony with our coffee in the mornings and watched the waves crash. It was very clean and tidy. Perfect location to all area attractions. This condo was beautifully decorated, very clean & had everything we needed. The beach view was amazing & having beach chairs already setup was very convenient. There were many dining options within walking distance but the condo was well equipped for cooking too. We loved the walking paths & the community seems very pet friendly. We are two sisters from Kentucky. Our dad bought 410 in 2008 and 210 in 2010. We loved Beach Retreat so much that we purchased 204 in 2013. We love renting out the condos and getting to know people from so many places!

Why they chose this property

Our first trip to Destin was in 2005. We fell in love with Beach Retreat because my entire family has dogs and we wanted to be able to take them to a place where they felt welcome and other people could bring their pets as well. We know how important furbabies are!
