Ian was very easy to work with and communicated with us immediately with any question/concern. The condo was beautiful and the perfect location and it was great to have 3 bedrooms all with their own full bath. We would definitely stay here again if our adventures ever bring us back to Charlotte!

Host was quick and helpful with responses to questions. The house is in a great location. We loved the pool table and the roof top deck. Perfect location for games and concerts. Tons of restaurants around. There is parking in the garage but you won’t need a car because you can walk everywhere. I would book again!

The place was nice but overall not very clean. Towels were dirty, dog hair on coach and overall did not feel clean. There was an open bottle of wine.

I’m very sorry to hear that. I have just fired the current cleaners and brought in a new group that starts tomorrow. They also clean 3 other of the townhomes in our community so I know they do a great job.

Pros: Good location. Was stocked with TP and Papertowels. Top deck was nice. Appreciated having a pool table, however, not enough space to really be able play on sides of table. Communication was excellent, until had an issue. AC wasn’t working on living level and never received a response back. Also never received instructions for checking out. Lastly, not sure the towels and bedding were washed before we checked in. Giving benefit of doubt that maybe no one had stayed recently, so just weren’t fresh. I think luxury townhome in the title is a little misleading. The place has the potential to be one though. Quite a few things need repaired. Hopefully will be improved.

Thanks for the feedback. I was at a wedding this weekend so did not see the push notification message. My personal phone number is listed and I always respond to that. We had a tech look at it today, and it is working properly. The large windows downstairs make it hard on the system to keep cool without the blinds shut, and just in general. The sheets were also washed the day before arrival, but I will give the cleaners your feedback.
