Downstairs also includes a full-size bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub.

All four bedrooms are located upstairs with additional full-size bathroom with separate vanities and shower/tub.

Includes a fully fenced in yard for Fido.

No smoking permitted inside the unit - only outside on the patio please!
