The Gathering Place is the perfect location for your trip to Hayward. With three comfortable bedrooms, plus a lower-level sleeping area and two full bathrooms, guests have plenty of space to relax and unwind. The interior offers a soothing atmosphere, enhanced by climate control that keeps the environment pleasant to enjoy the open plan living/dining/kitchen area and the heated garage/bar area. This wonderful house invites you to feel right at home.

Enjoy snowmobiling and side by side trails just out of the driveway. Fishing and boating on several nearby lakes are available, with a boat launch within half a mile at Reel Livin' Resort on Lost Land Lake for just $10.00 per launch.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening meal while watching the local wildlife that regularly passes through the back yard.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size electric stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. There are 2 crock pots, a toaster, a coffee maker and coffee grinder, utensils for cooking, plates, bowls, glasses, silverware. There are also pots and pans with lids, BBQ utensils, and other misc. kitchen items. A large center island seats 4 with room to cook.

The kitchen extends into the dining area that seats 6-8 people. Sliding glass doors open from the dining room to the back deck where you can enjoy the wildlife and northern lights.

The kitchen and dining room opens into the living room. A couch, love seat and chair with ottoman are perfect for conversations or TV viewing. There is a smart TV that you can link with Amazon or Netflix.

The Bear room features a queen size bed, bed side tables, large closet, dressers and an ensuite bathroom with a large tub, and separate shower.

The Fish room features a queen size bed, bed side tables, large closet, dresser and is just across the hall from the second full bathroom.

The Birches room features a queen size bed, bedside tables and closet and is just across the hall from the second full bathroom.

All mattress and pillows have protective covers and bedding. Linens are thoroughly cleaned between guests.

The second full bathroom contains a shower/tub combo, toilet and sink. It is located near the kitchen and two bedrooms.

A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is available for your personal use.

One half of the basement is set up for sleeping up to 6 people with 5 twin size beds and 1 queen bed. The other half of the basement has a sitting area with two recliners, and a sectional provide plenty of space for lounging.

The garage can be heated quickly and is the designated entertainment zone for our guest, The garage is equipped with Bluetooth stereo and speakers for your musical enjoyment.

Helmet stands and hanging racks for all outdoor gear are located in the garage.

Fire Extinguishers can be found in the Kitchen, Basement and Garage.
