A must see destination with beautiful Hocking Hills State Parks waterfalls, hiking, and beautiful forests. With three cozy bedrooms, including a twin and two queen beds, there’s plenty of space for guests to relax. The quaint living room features a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for extra visitors or a quiet evening in. A nice bathroom and thoughtful touches like heating and air conditioning help keep everyone comfortable. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying a morning coffee, this cottage offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. Two kayaks are available for your use to enjoy the lake. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn the thermostat to 65 degrees in the winter and 74 degrees in the summer
Trash is thrown away at our other property--14114 Long Run Road--directly across the lake from 14214 Long Run Road. There is a wheeled trash bin located at the end of the driveway along Long Run Road
Recycling can be taken into the recycling bins "in town" in downtown Laurelville located across the street from Young's Market.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours in the community where the cottage is located are from 7pm-9am.
If bringing cats....you will need to bring their litterbox and associated paraphernalia.

Why they chose this property

I love the Hocking Hills, Ohio region. It is one of the most beautiful, peaceful places in the world and a "must see" destination. This particular neighborhood is very quiet and surrounded by beautiful forest and an abundance of interesting wildlife.

What makes this property unique

The lake front location of this cottage is perfect. People and pets will enjoy the cottage which also has an attached "catio" that can be used for the pups too! This is a very quiet, beautiful, private and peaceful location in the heart of Hocking Hills.
