Terraced house with air conditioning and community pool for 4-5 persons

The Casa El Oasis offers up to 4 persons enough space for a relaxing holiday. The terraced corner house is located in a quiet, very well maintained residential complex not far from all amenities of the city of Calpe.
The windows reaching to the floor let the whole house flood with light.

The American style kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a delicious meal for family or friends.
In the living-dining area, a cosy sitting area invites you to linger. The sturdy dining table offers plenty of space to dine together. A guest toilet and a small utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board is also located in the lower part of the house.
A staircase leads upstairs, where both bedrooms with balcony and the bathrooms, one of which is a bathroom en suite with bathtub and shower and bidet, are located. The other bathroom has a shower.
From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the beautiful garden and pool area, the sea and the city of Calpe.
At the house there is a small garden with southern flair. 2 terraces invite you to relax and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening.
The pool area with a beautiful lawn for sunbathing can be reached through a small garden gate. The pool has a roman staircase.
The Costa Blanca in Spain is an excellent hiking area. Nearby there are numerous hiking trails with different degrees of difficulty and partly fantastic views. Several hiking trails start directly from the house into the surrounding area.
From the house there is a very short way through the forest to the shopping centre (Masymas). We need about 20 minutes to the center and 30 minutes to the beach. By car it takes 5 minutes to the centre and the beach.
The Casa Eloasis is located in Calpe not far from the towns of Moraira, Benissa and Teulada. In about 5 minutes by car (2,4 km) you are at a bathing bay with turquoise water. Not far from the holiday property (approx. 1400 m) you can cover your daily food needs in a Spanish supermarket.
Beside a small harbour and several excellent beaches there is everything you need. The neighbouring towns are Benissa, Altea, Xabia...
