This spacious apartment can accommodate up to four people and is the perfect place to relax. Located right on the promenade, it’s just a short walk to the beach and the town centers of Heringsdorf and Bansin. Enjoy ocean views right from your balcony and the apartment’s bedroom. The bright, light-filled veranda is sure to quickly become your favourite spot. Here you’ll find both the kitchenette (equipped with a dishwasher, two-burner stove, refrigerator, and microwave) as well as a large dining table and a cosy reading nook. The living room features a comfortable sleeper sofa that can accommodate a third and fourth guest, as well as an armchair, TV, and Bluetooth radio. End your day with a glass of wine on the large wraparound balcony, which you can access from both the bedroom and the living room. It’s ideal for a wonderful breakfast outdoors. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a sitting area, as well as blackout curtains that guarantee a restful night’s sleep. The shower room rounds out the amenities.
A travel cot (without linens) and a high chair are available for your use. A laundry room with a washing machine/dryer in the building can be used for a fee.

As a special highlight, the building’s swimming pool and sauna are available for shared use at no charge—with the exception of the annual closure period from November 6 to March 20.
The swimming pool is open for 14 days over Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
