VILLA BARONESSA
Villa Baronessa is an exceptional design villa in Kaltern am See, South Tyrol. Distinctive architecture, integrated art, Italian designer furniture, high-quality materials and traditional craftsmanship define the unique character of the villa.
With approximately 300 m² of living space, Villa Baronessa accommodates up to 10 guests.

THE VILLA

The spacious, light-filled main living room with dining area, open kitchen, comfortable lounge and fireplace is the heart of the villa.
Four bathrooms are located alongside the bedrooms, while a fifth bathroom belongs to the sauna and wellness area. Terraces and balconies provide beautiful places to relax throughout the day.

GARDEN & POOL
A Mediterranean private garden with beautiful views across the vineyards towards the Dolomites.
The infinity pool with chlorine-free salt water is open from April to the end of October and can be heated during this period if required.
The property also features a private sauna, herb garden, outdoor grill, table tennis and table football.

WINE & CUISINE
Kaltern is one of South Tyrol’s renowned wine regions, with numerous wineries and wine estates in the immediate surroundings.
The villa has its own wine cellar. Restaurants, traditional wine taverns, Italian cuisine and fine dining are all within easy reach.

LOCATION & EXPERIENCES
Villa Baronessa enjoys a quiet location on the edge of the historic centre of Kaltern, while restaurants, cafés, shops and wine bars are just a 2–3 minute walk away.
Kaltern am See combines a Mediterranean way of life with the alpine landscape of South Tyrol and is an ideal base for exploring the region. Vineyards, Lake Caldaro and the mountains are right on the doorstep, while the Dolomites, historic towns and numerous destinations are easily reached.

Fantastic House, Host, Location!! At edge of town on a walking path is location for this house that was built with love. Calderon has everything you need in a town. Great shops, delicious restaurants and cafes all 5 minute walking distance. Very comfortable for our family of 10 of various ages. It served as a central location for our Olympic events. All of the amenities you could want were in the house. The views are amazing and Claudia the host could not have been nicer!! Would highly recommend!! Some day would love to return in summer.

Villa Baronesse

Der Urlaub mit 9 Personen und zwei Hunden war in der Villa super. Beheiztes Schwimmbad somit auch bei kühlem wetter nutzbar. Wurde auch so gemacht. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und viele Dinge sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. !!!!

Es fehlt hier wirklich an gar nichts. Ein wunderbares Haus in allerbester Lage, und Vermieter, denen das Wohl der Feriengäste aufrichtig am Herzen liegt. Mehr geht nicht.

Phantastisch gelegene Unterkunft im Ortszentrum von Kaltern die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Ideal für für bis zu 8 Personen. Freundliche Betreuung durch die Vermieter.
