Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, one full bathroom, and a large great room with TV, bar with a large window that overlooks the lake and extra sleeping spaces! Everyone can spread out, unwind, and truly settle in. This is a VERY spacious home!

Located on Alburnorm Way, this property is part of a unique chapter in local history. The road takes its name from the famous Alburnorm Hotel & Casino, later known as the Edgemere Hotel, developed by brothers Allan, Burton, and Norman Robbins. The cottages and lodges along this shoreline were originally built to accommodate guests visiting the hotel and casino, creating a lakeside community for vacationers enjoying Schroon Lake.
Known as the “Nancy House,” this home carries a special connection to the area's past. The homes in the neighborhood were named after members of the builder's family, and this property was named for his granddaughter, Nancy. Today, it remains a cherished part of the community's history while offering guests a comfortable Adirondack getaway.
