The property was clean and exactly as described in photos. It was centrally located to everything we needed. The communication with the owner was the best I have ever had while using VRBO we had an issue with the tv not working on Friday night I messaged him Saturday morning and within an hour he responded and was over to the house to fix the issue. The tv was in fact broken and 30 minutes later he had a new tv installed. I totally appreciate customer service like that and recommend his property to anyone looking for a clean comfortable house to stay in Jacksonville.
