The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wipe down appliances, counters, etc. Clean the wood fireplace and/or grill if used.
Leave the sheets on the bed; our cleaners will strip the beds for you. Bath towels should be placed in bathtub. Items rented from a company should be bundled/placed according to their instructions.
Ensure all doors and windows are locked and all lights are turned off. The thermostat should be set to 75 degrees in the summer and 60 degrees in the winter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
