This charming home is a family-friendly home. My plan was to take my dog, however, at the last minute I did not. Having that said, the yard was overgrown and was not mowed down, front or back so not very much a concern since I did not have my dog with me.The home was perfectly clean and offered everything one would need to stay. One bonus feature is a room with yoga mats and accessories. That was a surprise amenity. If I had to give a negative review about the home itself, I would say that it is the water not so much the pressure but I could not get hot water off of bathroom, faucets or kitchen faucet. The showers were good, except could not get a happy medium. It was either too hot or too cold. Not a dealbreaker, however, there is no on-site parking at the home. It is curbside street parking. The location is a decent walking distance to the trendy district of Bishop arts and many visitors were parking on the street, therefore we had to park four houses down and walk to the property. Host was gracious and accommodated an earlier check in request. I’d stay again!!

Hi Evette, thank you for the feedback! We’re so glad you enjoyed the yoga room and found the home perfectly clean. Regarding the water, since we use a tankless water heater, it provides an endless supply of hot water—which our guests usually love—but it does take time to travel from the unit to the faucets at the other end of the home. Once it arrives, it stays hot as long as you need! We actually have a circulating pump installed to speed this up; we'll double-check that it’s running properly, so thank you for mentioning that. Also, the shower valves are quite precise—tiny adjustments are all that is needed to get the perfect temp. We’re sorry the rainy season kept the lawn team away before your stay, but we're glad it didn't impact you too much. For your next visit, remember that we have a private one-car garage with a remote control available, so you don't have to worry about street parking. Please stay again sometime and let me know if there's anything during your stay that would make you more comfortable!
Absolutely stunning bungalow home. Well appointed and accurate descriptions of everything. Just the perfect location to walk to many places in the area. Parking was easy and beds very comfortable. Definitely stay here if you want a relaxed stay with all the comforts of home.
