Each bedroom has a private bathroom. From the living room and from a bedroom you have access to the balcony with a fantastic panoramic view of the Kaprun mountains.

The apartmant includes a carport (height 2.35 m) and a free car parking space. An outdoor swimming pool is available in summer and a ski storage room with heated ski boot warmers in winter.

Activities:
The Zell am See/Kaprun region offers numerous leisure activities all year round. In summer you can swim, go water skiing or boat or just enjoy the lake. There is an 18-hole golf course nearby. The surrounding mountains offer numerous hiking opportunities from family hikes to high mountain tours. The Region Zell am See/Kaprun is known as a snow-sure ski region. You can even ski on the glacier at Kitzsteinhorn in summer. If the weather doesn't play along, you can visit the Tauern Spa.

Gelungener Familienurlaub

Wir waren eine Woche mit 7 Erwachsenen und einem 1-Jährigen dort im Skiurkaub und haben es sehr genossen. Besonders angenehm war das große Wohnzimmer, in dem wir alle abends bequem zusammensitzen konnten. Spiele gibt es in der Wohnung auch. Leider gibt es in der direkten Umgebung wenig Wege, die im Winter für einen längeren Spaziergang mit Baby geeignet sind.
