There was an a hefty charge for extra guests even though we had 16 and the house slept 16- but overall the house was beautiful and perfect. Three washer and dryers were a huge bonus for our large family. Host had great communication and assisted with all of our needs. Only about a mile into town- we walked it but an easy ride for all the resteraunts and shopping. Beds were very comfortable - and in A/C in every room was a great surprise.
