Guests are welcome to use the attached one-car garage — a thoughtful convenience during summer rain showers or late-evening returns after a day of exploring the Harpswell islands and nearby coast.

(Most importantly the coffee maker is a 12 cup Cuisinart).

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please check the grill, if low on propane we are happy to replenish
Check for any outdoor toys and water fun, we don't want you to forget anything.
Make sure the umbrella is down. the wind blowing from the water could make it take flight! Thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Be aware of the water at all times. Watch children for safety and any water access is at your own risk.
When leaving for the day please close and lock windows and doors. Make sure umbrella is down, blowing wind could make the umbrella take flight!
