This place was perfect! Location was ideal, the entire place was clean, it had plenty of space and the amenities were awesome! I would definitely stay here again! It even offered parking! Absolutely love this place!

Everything about our visit was amazing. From the facility, furnishings, location and host was all very good. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay. There is a nice little coffeehouse around the corner and a great place to dine (Insight) just up the street. Thank you Marcy for helping to make our stay a memorable experience.

Beautiful place to stay. Just a few things. Parking was in the back, definitely for smaller vehicles. Luckily on our last day no one was parked there so we could pack up with ease. One other thing, AC would automatically change to 75 after midnight and this was after I turned it down to 68 at night about 10 pm. We woke up hot and could not sleep. Blinds in the front room for privacy would be nice but only a suggestion. We took a fan and curtains would open with the fan going. Other than that, it really was a beautiful place to stay.

This was a reading retreat for friends. Living room couch was very comfortable for reading on. Large windows let in light. Very comfortable for 2. When visiting, be aware that the driveway you turn into is 2713 instead of 2711 - that was a little difficult at the beginning but we got there in the dark. Great coffee shop around the corner. Beautiful views of the sky line within easy walking distance. If you want to add a hill to your exercise regime, the Incline Run is just around the corner and incline is an understatement!! Thanks for a great stay!

This was a very nice place. Two bedrooms and a full sleeper sofa. Large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a nice sized living room. 1 and 1/2 baths. Two nice smart TVs. The place was very clean and nicely decorated with many pictures of Cincinnati landmarks. It was in a nice neighborhood and was only 2 easy blocks from Olden View Park which is where the incline track used to be and gives a great view of all of Cincinnati. I will comment that they are correct that the one off street parking spot is a little tight and will only fit smaller cars. But we had 2 vehicles and there was plenty of free street parking, and we weren't at all apprehensive about parking on the street in this neighborhood. I can't say enough nice things about this place. Definitely recommend it. You won't be disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay. It was my first time in Cincinnati. The place was relaxing and clean. There was a spider web across the lights in the main bathroom. The bed was comfortable. I liked the thoughtfulness of blankets present in the living room to be cozy on the couch. TV’s in all rooms were definitely a plus. The host was straight forward in communication. I will definitely stay in this apartment again. It was convenient to the places we went. I did not see Loiterers nor did I feel unsafe. Thank you to the host for the use of your space! Can’t wait to do it again!
