We stayed at this lovely home as a family of four with two children. The home was super clean and more spacious even than the photos show. Our children loved playing in the enclosed yard. The accommodations were very comfortable, and the house was well equipped for children and families. The kitchen was especially stocked for folks who want to cook at home, with nice cookware and all of the cooking accessories you would need. The washer and dryer were a huge perk after tours of the rainforest and visiting thermal waters.The location was pretty much ideal, with markets for essentials only a few minutes away and plenty of restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions, including the Sloth Walk tour and Baldi Hot Springs resort, within 15 to 20 minute drive. While me or many conveniences, the house was just outside of the hustle bustle of the town center and set back from the road a bit so that it felt very private and was very quiet.

The property was as described: spacious and comfortable. We were frustrated that we hadn't received check-in information despite messaging the host 3 times that day. We started to look for emergency accommodations because we weren't confident that we had a place for the night. We needed to contact VRBO and they called the host. Then we got the check-in info. It was very stressful.Also, on our last day, she sent the check-out info around 9:30 am. We had already left the property. It would have been more helpful to get this info the day before. The host was friendly and helpful with local restaurants.

Unfortunately, we were experiencing an issue with the VRBO app notifications and were not receiving guest messages promptly, which caused the delayed response. We have since taken steps to prevent this from happening again. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
