The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Furniture & Remotes - Return any moved items to their original locations and place remotes back in their labeled rooms.
Trash - Please dispose of ALL trash including used diapers and leftover food in garbage bags, place them in the blue Coastal Waste bin along with any used recycling, and roll it to the curbside.
Belongings - Please check all drawers and the washer and dryer for personal items before departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement. Security Deposit Required of $300. Minimum age to rent is 21.
Renter Agreement must be signed within 48 hours after booking. For last-minute reservations, agrmnt must be signed before check-in info will be sent.
NO Smoking. NO pets. NO parties/events. Quiet Hours are from 10PM - 7AM. Spring Break curfew.
