Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
HOA Noise ordinance 10pm - 7am: No loud or disturbing noises after 10pm. If we are called for a noise complaint, you will be assessed a $250 fine.
All trash throughout the condo must be disposed of in the trashcan located on the front porch prior to checkout.
*There is absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the condo or on either balcony/porch areas.
