The Space

This lower-level retreat offers a private, step-free entrance from the driveway, making access easy and convenient.

The fully stocked kitchen includes a gas range and everything needed to prepare meals. Enjoy dining indoors or outside while taking in the lake views.

Bedroom 1 features a king bed with plenty of storage space.
Bedroom 2 includes a king bed with a lofted twin, making it ideal for families or additional guests.

The spacious full bathroom includes a shower and tub combination, along with a separate toilet area for added convenience.

Important Notes

This is the lower level of a split home. You will have private access to your living space, parking and grills. The dock, boats, and fire pit are shared with the upper level.

While the home offers step-free entry, stairs are required to access the lake. Pathways are illuminated at night for safety.
