ADDITIONAL RENTAL NOTES
The Main renter must be at least 25 years of age, must provide the Host with the names and ages of everyone in their party and must be staying at the home for the entire duration of the reservation. They must be willing to provide the Host with a copy of their valid driver’s license, up-to-date full-coverage auto insurance card, and email address within 24 hours of booking acceptance. The Main renter will also be required to sign the Legal Rental Agreement and Liability Waivers.
Any additional guests who wish to drive the LSV (low-speed vehicle) must also be at least 25 years of age—no exceptions—and must provide a copy of their valid driver’s license, up-to-date full-coverage auto insurance card, and email address within 48 hours of booking acceptance and will be required to sign the Legal Liability Waivers.
No parties are permitted at Sandy Toes. This includes bachelorette, bachelor parties or gatherings. Sandy Toes is a family oriented property.
No animals are permitted in the home in order to prevent damage and protect guests with severe allergies. Thank you for your understanding.
