Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please inform us beforehand on exact time of departing.
Before departing turn off unnecessary electrial appliances such as lights, oven, air conditioning.
Do not turn in water heater in summer months. Its unnecessary. Use it only from November to Mars. 1 hour gives you hot water for 3-4 showers.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please remove your shoes when inside the property to minimise the risk of damaging furniture/linnen/carpets.
When using the pool, please dry yourself before sitting on sofas or other indoor furniture.
- You may use the three pool beds freely.
Please do not attempt to open any locked cupboards, as these contain private items.
If a locked cupboard is opened accidentally please inform us asap.
