Guests can relax in the serene living room, which includes a sofa bed and a power recliner for extra comfort. The bathroom offers a refreshing shower and a large vanity area. With air conditioning and heating, the space stays comfortable no matter the season. Wi-fi is available for your use as well. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet morning coffee on one of the two Lanai's, this amazing condo provides a wonderful retreat. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. Located with just steps to the beach and across form Publix Grocery Store helps to make your stay easy to replenish your needs. On site shared laundry service and lots of lounge chairs, two tiki huts and a picnic table add to your comfort as you enjoy the beautiful white sand beach !
There is currently no elevator. Permits have been issued, but as yet we do not have a completion date. There is also a small patch of gravel between the pavers and the decking. The driveway and parking areas all have pavers.

This is a top stay of all time! The unit was spotless, VERY well-equipped kitchen, ample seating, THE best coffee mugs. They even thought of a privacy screen should you use the pull-out for a second sleeping space. You can't ask for a better location .. it's on the beach, directly across from Publix and easy access everything else that you love about Fort Myers Beach. Top Notch Hosts too!

Check in was on-line - very easy. We loved there was a Publix across the street. We were there over spring break (not planned - oops) which made travel on and off Estero Island take longer than we expected - that was was on us for our quick planning. Condo was roomy for us, very nicely redecorated. The bathroom was fine for us but is small for very large people - if you weigh 300 lb or more you will not fit in the shower.

This was an excellent rental. The unit was clean and efficient. It was a fantastic stay. Being located mid-island was advantageous. Having the beach right outside including the ability to watch fantastic sunsets was amazing. The host was always available when needed and very gracious. I highly recommend renting this unit. We enjoyed it so much we are already giving thought to returning again next year. Was a GREAT stay.

I am a Real Estate Broker in Indiana. My husband and I have loved coming to Fort Myers Beach for years and so in 2019 we decided to purchase this condo. We want to offer it for rent whenever we are not using it for us or family.

Why they chose this property

Our location is perfect we think! Located mid Island it is directly on the beach. It is also directly across to Publix grocery store which offers a very nice deli, many pre made items and a nice beer and wine selection. There is also two bar restaurants located just behind Publix along with a marina where you can rent boats or book a cruise. Our section of the beach is very quiet, but very convenient to either go north or south to the different bars and restaurants on the Island.

What makes this property unique

We have a very small complex. There are just 8 units and so it easy to grab a lounge chair and enjoy your quiet time. Covered parking adds to the convenience.
